Coupons

As I was driving home on the NJ Turnpike yesterday, I noticed a giant billboard from one of our major competitors. The sign was fairly basic, the name of the company and directions to their website coupons. Is this what the industry has to offer customers? Coupons instead of solutions?

From the customer perspective, how does one judge if a $50.00 coupon off yearly service is worth anything? Is 10% off a price that is already inflated by 10% a value? I question any company that leads with dubious “cost savings” without even listening to what pest problems you are having.

Our approach is different. We don’t offer coupons on our website, via postal mail or any other method. We offer
all our customers our best pricing without resorting to the use of coupons, promotions, or web specials. At EcoStar, we want customers that understand the value of our service and by offering meaningless discounts dilutes that.

That is not to say that we still won’t be less expensive than our competitors in most cases when you compare apples to apples, but we won’t insult your intelligence offering meaningless promotions.
